“PWSA is pleased to offer this relief to those having difficulty paying their water bill,” stated Robert Weimar, PWSA Interim Executive Director. “We realize that the rate increase adopted this past November places a burden on some of our customers and we encourage those in need of assistance to contact Dollar Energy Fund to determine their eligibility.”
Customers are eligible if they are at or below 150-percent of the federal poverty level. The following table outlines income levels depending upon household size.

“Since the program opened on January 2, more than 135 eligible customers have contacted Dollar Energy Fund,” stated Chad Quinn, Dollar Energy Fund CEO. “PWSA noticed this considerable need and we are proud to assist them in helping their most vulnerable customers.”
