We are a publicly owned and operated utility under the jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PA PUC). Each year, water and wastewater tariffs are submitted to the PA PUC for review and approval. Our tariffs govern all rates, rules, and regulations that we must follow to provide service to our customers. Some items addressed in the tariffs include:
- Meter Rates
- Permit Fees
- Water Termination for Non-Payment Procedures
- Bill Discount Programs
- Water/Sewer Line Installation Requirements
- Service Lateral Ownership and Maintenance Responsibilities
- Dye Testing Regulations
Tariffs
Our initial PA PUC-approved tariffs became effective March 1, 2019. The most currently effective PA PUC-approved tariffs become effective February 15, 2024.
