Service Line Protection Programs

Many homeowners are unaware that the water service line and sewer line that connects their home to our water and sewer mains are their responsibility to maintain. Additionally, repairs to your in-home plumbing infrastructure can be challenging to deal with and can cost thousands of dollars.

That's why Pittsburgh Water is partnering with Oncourse Home Solutions to offer a variety of optional service line protection programs for homeowners in our service area.

These programs, available to Pittsburgh Water residential customers, will help you to protect your home from costly and unexpected water, sewer, or in-home plumbing repairs. While they are entirely optional and there is no obligation to enroll, these programs offer peace of mind and can help to safeguard your finances when an unexpected service line or plumbing issue occurs.
