The PWSA is conducting a virtual Developer's Roundtable event to discuss updates to the development permitting process. With the elimination of tapping fees and the recent implementation of the CityGrows permitting software, we are holding a virtual session to discuss the changes. Topics include permitting fee changes, stormwater fee and credit manual, and the general CityGrows submittal process.

We are continuing to make annual revisions to our Developer's Manual and we will discuss our 2022 edits during this session. Our goal is to continue to share information about the process and adopt a manual that not only clearly states our policies and procedures but that will be helpful to our customers and staff. The final version of the Developer's Manual will be submitted to the PWSA Board of Directors for their review and approval at the board meeting on February 25, 2022.

PWSA is committed to continuously updating the Manual as practices, standards, technology, and policies evolve. Prior to the February 23rd meeting, a detailed agenda will be distributed to participants outlining the meeting format and agenda.
