The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority provides drinking water, sewer, and stormwater services throughout Pittsburgh. Wastewater conveyance and stormwater management are provided to all residents, businesses, and properties within Pittsburgh city boundaries. While we provide drinking water to the majority of Pittsburgh neighborhoods and Millvale, we do not provide drinking water to everyone.
