Description: PWSA is requesting bids for the installation of green infrastructure at the City of Pittsburgh’s Lawn and Ophelia Parklet, which is located in the South Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Components include drainage improvements in the right-of-way of both Lawn Street and Ophelia Street, a rain garden located within the parklet, subsurface stormwater detention beneath the rain garden, landscaping, and a surface path within the parklet.
