PWSA is hosting the annual Developer's Roundtable event in person at our 1200 Penn Avenue office this year. This session will be held in our Board Room on April 3rd at 9:00 am. If you are unable to attend the in-person session, a Microsoft Teams link will be available for virtual participation.

During this session, we will be discussing 2024 Developer's Manual updates, providing information related to development permits and processes, and engaging in active discussions with participants. Our updates include:

• Tap-termination process revisions
• Clarification on refunds for review fees and tap and meter connection fees
• Expiration dates for non-issued permits
• Records Requests
• Developer Agreement template improvements

Our goal for the Roundtable is to provide clarity in our policies and procedures by conducting an engaging discussion around our development permitting process. We continue to update our Developer's Manual annually to provide a valuable resource for both our customers and staff.
