I’m in. How do I switch to paperless? Making the switch to paperless billing is easy. Just follow these three simple steps:
- Sign into your PWSA account online (https://myaccount.pgh2o.com).
- Under “Account Summary,” click “Set Up Paperless Billing.”
- Click “Paperless Billing” and “Save.”
You’re set! Your next monthly bill will be sent to the email associated with your account.
Can I switch back to receiving paper bills? Of course. If you decide that paperless billing isn’t for you, please:
- Sign into your PWSA account.
- Select “Billing” listed in the menu to the left and click “Paperless Billing.”
- Click “Paper Bill” and “Save.”
