We will send you a letter if we are currently not receiving automatic reads from your water meter and cannot generate a bill based on actual meter readings. This may be due to a technical problem with the meter or connectivity issue between the meter and our systems.
Until we can gain entry into your property to repair the connection between your water meter and the remote meter reading device, please enter your current water meter reading using the online form below.
