- As part of Dollar Energy Fund’s goal to help local families maintain or restore their utilities during this challenging time, PWSA will participate in their 8th Annual Cool Down for Warmth virtually on KDKA TV. All donations are tax-deductible and 100% of the funds will go to PWSA's Hardship Grant Program. The money raised will provide cash grants up to $300 per year for customers who are at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level.
